Ciará Flaherty

Ciará is not a practising consultant within the Trueman Bailey team; instead, she works closely alongside Louise, the Director, to coordinate and support our network of consultants. She plays a key role in ensuring each consultant is onboarded smoothly, has the support they need from the outset, and can build their consultancy practice in a way that works for them.

Drawing on her extensive experience as an Executive Assistant and Head of Partnerships, Ciará developed a strong foundation in relationship management, business operations, and strategic growth. Following a successful corporate career, she established her own consultancy business, providing operational and business support services to a range of clients.

When Ciará and Louise's professional paths crossed, it quickly became clear that their shared vision and complementary skill sets would create a strong partnership. Together, they have developed and expanded the consultancy arm of Trueman Bailey Law and are excited to continue supporting its growth and watching its future success.
