Complaints Procedure

  
We aim to provide high-quality legal services at all times. However, if something goes wrong, we want to know so we can put it right.

How to Complain
If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service, please raise your concern with the person handling your matter.
If your concern is not resolved, you may escalate the complaint to our Complaints Director:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to respond fully within 14 working days.
