Introducing Louise
Louise Trueman is a lawyer in Oxford. She has been qualified since 2020 as a Chartered Legal Executive. Louise has been a conveyancing practitioner since January 2025. She is confident in her ability to both serve her clients and navigate the changing world of conveyancing. Whilst we know it can be a time consuming and a difficult process, Louise is confident that she can navigate this for you with ease. There will always be difficulties throughout the process processes, but we will endeavour to do our best to ensure that these are made as smooth as possible.
Louise has experience with transfers of part, dealing with complex land issues, dealing with standard conveyancing matters, navigating transfer of equity, bridging loans, acting for lenders, acting for developers, new builds and working through issues of land complexities such as incorrect parcels of land in neighbouring properties, issues with registration of land and resolving disputes.
Louise worked primarily in the conveyancing field as she began her career so she understands the difficulties, complexities, legal structure, legal complications and is able to navigate them to best suit you. She gives clear advice, updated information regularly and makes sure that you stay in the loop. Louise works from a village in Oxford called South Hinksey. She acts for clients both locally and further field, with conveyancing becoming a much more online process. We as a firm are able to assist you near or far. Louise has been able to work for clients abroad and act for them as though they were round the corner.
