Lewis is a dedicated Conveyancing Consultant with experience managing a broad range of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Having worked within both traditional law firms and consultant-led legal practices, he has developed a strong reputation for providing clear, practical advice while ensuring every transaction progresses efficiently and smoothly.
Lewis advises clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new-build properties, remortgages, transfers of equity, and matters involving management companies. He manages his own caseload independently, undertaking detailed title investigations, resolving legal issues, liaising with lenders and estate agents, and overseeing transactions through to exchange and completion. He is committed to delivering a proactive, organised service with a strong focus on communication and client care.
