Mandeep is a Consultant lawyer at Trueman Bailey Law, with over 13 years’ experience in property law having previously worked at national law firms and an international law firm. Mandeep is a qualified CILEX Practitioner Lawyer specialising in Conveyancing. She advises on a broad range of conveyancing matters, providing clear, practical guidance and a proactive, client-focused service throughout each transaction.With a strong background in residential-led property law, Mandeep understands that buying, selling, or transferring a home can feel complex and overwhelming. She works closely with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to keep matters progressing efficiently, explain issues in straightforward terms and achieve a smooth and timely completion.

Alongside her residential conveyancing practice, Mandeep has extensive years of experience acting for large, well-known housebuilders on complex and high-value commercial and development-related property matters. Her work has included aspects of strategic land and land acquisitions, residential-led developments, affordable housing contracts and disposals to housing associations through special structures related to build programmes, infrastructure agreements with Councils and Water Authorities, disposals to other statutory undertakers, and site set-up led arrangements on new development sites, promotion and option agreements, large portfolio projects, legal charges and bespoke property documentation. 

This wider commercial experience gives her a strong understanding of the development process and enables her to identify risks early and provide practical, commercially informed advice on residential property matters.
