Trueman Bailey law is establishing a baseline of clients across the UK and further afield. To do that we need the bests support staff there is.
We are looking for people with experience, and without, working in law or not, and keen to excel in their role and within their career. We know that growth is not linear and we know it changes but for the most part we ask for people of excellence who want to grow and build with us.
This is a team of excellence and ability , who navigate challenges in their day to day life but care about the work they do and want - for the most as best as possible - to get it right. We work for our client and we want them to be satisfied in the work we do. Whilst we accept no less than respect from our clients we ask that you, as new support come on board with the ability to navigate the challenges and issues that will arise within the work environment and come with the ability to adapt to those. We need people who want to change with us, learn with us - we have no desire or requirement that you stay the same and indeed we certainly won’t. When we stop growing we stop serving our community and our team and we stop being able to navigate the changes in the legal world and the world of business.
